3. Payments and Scheduling

Fees for tutoring or extended consultations are due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Refunds, if applicable, will follow the policy provided at the time of booking.

4. Limitation of Liability

Pathwise Navigation, LLC provides guidance and resources but cannot guarantee specific educational outcomes, scholarship or reimbursement approvals, or academic results.
We are not liable for decisions made by parents/guardians, schools, or scholarship organizations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pathwise Navigation, LLC is not responsible for any damages arising from the use of our services or website.
