Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Pathwise Navigation, we value your time and ours. To keep our schedule fair and available to all families, please review the following policies:

Consultations

• The initial 15-minute consultation is free and may be rescheduled once if needed.

• For paid consultations, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.

Tutoring Sessions

• Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee.

• Missed appointments (“no-shows”) are non-refundable.

Packages & Prepaid Sessions

• If you purchase a package of sessions, unused sessions may be rescheduled but are non-refundable once the package has begun.

• In the event of extended illness or family emergency, please contact us directly — we will work with you to find a fair solution.

Pathwise Navigation Cancellations

If we must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive either:

• A rescheduled session at no additional cost, OR

• A full refund for the canceled session.
